A decade has passed without any improvement to the team.

Batting collapses are a norm, and the bowling is 3rd class. Any sort of pressure and the team buckles up.

The management is an even bigger circus. Interior minister cum PCB chairman is least bothered and incompetent at the same time. Interestingly he cant bring his kidnapping game in interior ministry in PCB.

The 5 folks (Misbah, Malik, others) who’re paid millions of Rs per month, can one ask why are they being paid? Is it a case of shutting them up or are they adding any value?

You are right that the current board does nothing of value.

Ramiz Raja, who was at least a dynamic and proactive individual, was ousted for reasons known only to the powers that be, about 2 years ago. PCB is guilty of being party to political interference.

Strictly pay on merit ie team performance, individual performance, being apolitical, discipline.

You wonder why our U19 are up there in the top 3 and then we end up with top 8 when in PCT.

Check justice Qayyum's report......the same culprits are running the shows, becoming coaches, and they;ve now trained some younger ones doing the same shit all over again.......people like wahab riaz, types.

We fired one of the best coaches like Gary Kirsten and hired what......mike hesson.....jisko dunia janti he nahi..........he was the only one........chalo ab ye b jaldi jaiga

then we have the most mediocre of players IN THE TEAM.........koi afridi ka damad, koi saqlain ka damad.......koi kisi ka kuch,,,,,,,koi pmln ka hissa........

Entire pcb full of dumbasses need to fire all of them, and shut the pcb down for good and say goodbye to cricket. Revive our national sport hockey again which is a tough sport physically so only those with real passion, stamina and ability will come in. unlike cricket.....where u just stand most of the time.

these cricketers cant even play more than 20 overs........most cant bowl more than 3-4 overs........THAKK JATAY HAIN, CRAMPS HO JATAY........what a fucking joke........in your prime youth you get cramps after throwing 12 fucking balls......and u cant run between wickets more than few times.......again cramps......

I think Justice Qayyum report is a good start.

That would mean Wasim, Inzi, Mushy all handcuffed and facing jail terms.

Yar, this is nothing new. Sifarish, giraen-baazi, pawwa, etc. etc. have been a nasty part of the Pakistani culture even in the heydays of our cricket and country.

You don't need a justice's report to know this.

If you are to call for sacking the entire PCB, I'd say first fire the useless bastards on PCT.

What annoys me is the political color being applied only to PCB....yes, I get it that IK supporters don't like anything that has the current government's footprint on it (including the Interior Minister being the PCB chair). However, PCT problems are not limited to one government. The same team failed the nation multiple times even when IK was having those "pep calls" with the boys from the PM office and had RR running the show.

All they did was stand up a local league. How competitive is it? Nobody knows as it is clearly failing Pakistan in the int'l arena. When they show up on the field, they act like they have never played cricket before.

That aside, I completely, 100% agree with your critique of the cricket team. These good for nothing losers need to be sacked and the salary has to be lowered enough so only those who play for the love of the sport stick around and perform (and then are upgraded to the higher category of compensation).
