Bcz they know it's a lie. Abhi knows it's a lie.
They also know the fake award they gave to him is the biggest of all lie. That award was just for saving IAF from humiliation.
He should not even fly a jet as a commercial pilot..at best he should fly a two seater Cessna.

based on what I gathered from various sources including PAF they think he made an incompetent tactical decision

the general rule of thumb is when your radar,communication are jammed ....RTB ( return to base) process should have kicked in . you can still navigate based on where the sun is and exit the combat zone. It was broad day light...

go figure a senior IAF combat pilot couldnt make the right call... and these duffers have the audacity to give him a medal.... instead of making an example on how not do things.
