Hand written letter by Quaid E Azam to his Tailor Hamid....
Requesting him as Governor General 'please see me today at 2.30 pm, if you cannot come ring up my secretary and fix early appointment'...
I managed to get copy of this letter shortly before Hamid’s grandson closed up shop and like so many others left for Canada few years back.

One of the greatest leaders of the 20th century. He gave Pakistan all it needed to be a great country (including his own life) but the military generals led by Ayub Khan had different plans. First they terrorized his dear sister Fatima Jinnah (till her mysterious death) and the idea of Pakistan and then anyone who stood up to them. Continues to this day.

Quaid addressed a public gathering at Dhaka, then East Pakistan. ‘Having failed to prevent the establishment of Pakistan, the enemies of Pakistan have turned their attention to disrupt the state by creating a split among the Muslims of Pakistan.’
Khawaja Nazimuddin and Miss Fatima Jinnah can also be seen along with other dignitaries.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born in a rented apartment on the second floor of Wazir Mansion in Karachi, Pakistan (then part of India), on December 25, 1876. At the time of his birth, Jinnah’s official name was Mahomed Ali Jinnahbhai. The eldest of his parents’ seven children.
Muhammad Ali Jinnah led Pakistan’s independence movement from India and was its first governor-general of Pakistan.

I truly believe that the situation Pakistan finds itself in today due to decades of corruption, instability, economic quagmires in the last few decades is the punishment the nation is getting for the disrespect and treatment given to Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Fatima Jinnah.

our nation at that time chose to disrespect these great leaders and Allah SWT has punished us several decades for this travesty. We had so much potential but the shit people at the time wasted it away in their selfish greeds.

Agree. I believe Jinnah the strict Constitutionalist and lawyer would have wanted to see a Pakistan run by, above all, the rule of law. These dictatorships and "hybrid regimes" with army chiefs making all the decisions would have disgusted him completely.
