Don't know about you all but when I'm sick, I really don't feel like eating. Over the past 4 days, have hardly eaten anything. For two days, it's been mostly soups. Some form of garden vegetable or roasted chicken with vegetables and wild rice. And that's what dinner was for two nights: soup.
Of late, I've developed more than a taste for black pepper. Like the Tabasco sauce commercials, I put that **** on (just about) everything. Especially the soups.
Oh, and of course hydration remains important in spite of how bad I feel.
