Seriously, no joke, Okies and Cherokees in my town are signing up for these call center jobs.

Co worker who smokes weed all the time (medical card) has applied for one of these jobs. He has friends already doing it.

After the trip to the groomer, feel much better. Look more professorial and less Duck Dynasty. West side of the valley getting hit with rain more of the day.

Here on the east side, forecast for tomorrow is 80% which means an outdoor activity we have planned may get put on hold.

So, it rained pretty much most of the night and is still raining as of this post (0741 MST).

Our scheduled outdoor activity is likely going to be canceled today.

May have mentioned as part of the annual wellness exam discussing with the doctor the stiffness in my neck, right shoulder and arm. Usual treatment options were discussed; heat, muscle relaxants, OTC topical applications (Ben-gay!), PT, and cortisone injections.

We happened to have 2 different topical applications. One being the Walgreens equivalent of Ben-gay and the other no idea whose it is but no smell. On that one, the directions say to apply 3-4 times per day but for no more than 5 or 6 days. Don't remember at the moment. The Walgreens stuff; no limit on use mentioned.

So...........between a heating pad, and liberal applications of one or the other, I have to admit after just a few days, my neck and arm are MUCH better. Still a little soreness in the neck but not like it was. And the arm is even better than that.
