Great day for painting the shed today. Was warm but the cloud cover helped a lot.

Three of four sides painted. Will finish tomorrow. Home Depot matched the base paint perfectly. The can I had the label had been painted over by the painters when the house was painted 7 years ago. Have HD a big enough sample to scan for the match.

Speaking of paint. UGH!!!! Talk about expensive now. When I painted the house we recently sold, the paint 5 years ago was exactly HALF what it cost per gallon yesterday. One gallon yesterday was $48.

Oh, needed one more 1x3. Thought I had one in the pile . Didn't. Had to go to the back of the bunker at HD to get a good one. All the ones in the front looked at if they had all been chewed on by beavers or were cracked.

Just sad.

On last Thursday night a thunderstorm with high winds knocked 2 of my solar panels off the bracket 1kw power lost. Let's see what the service provider decides. Under warranty or l have to pay
