Oh man I feel like I let down my 5 year old self.... CHiP's was my favorite TV show every time the opening theme music played my midget self started dancing giving my parents good laughs and plenty pictures for the family albums.

Safe to guess everyone in this episode was on cocaine. The celebs they got for this episode was brilliant.

The first two seasons of CHiP's took place on LA County 2 and 210 Freeway that weren't opened yet to the public the third season it felt like CHiP's started doing the job of LAPD when they started filming Surburban streets/neighborhoods and respoding to crime that CHP doesn't respond to.

This guy has a YT channel called 80s life and goes out and videos filming locations in LA of 70's and 80's movies and TV shows showing locations what they looked like back then to now and he has uploads of CHiPs filming locations which are my fav.

That show went downhill after the two police partners (Renko and Bobby) got shot and blamed each other for it.

The funniest thing about The Partridge Family was that Susan Dey (of future LA Law fame) was so completely enamored with her costar David Cassidy that she had severe trouble acting her part/lines...explaining why she came across as pretty but "lost" by fans of the tv show.
