The Ranchhor Line area in Karachi was famous for its synagogue and there were some Jews living in this area before the formation of Pakistan.

The building you have shown in the picture is located near the Jubilee Cinema and most likely it was inhabited by a Jewish family from Maharashtra who left for Israel after the formation of Pakistan and when Israel was established.

This building located at Jubilee Chowk is now vacant and has been declared a historical and cultural heritage by the Waqf Property Board and is probably now in their possession.

The gates of National Stadium, Karachi—guarded, decorated, and dignified. Flags of three nations fluttering above as a visiting President entered, and Karachi quietly took its place on the world map of cricket and diplomacy. 1959

That's looks a proud building of 1950s 👍

Karachi, water carriers
This is not a goat being made to lie down and water being poured into its mouth. Rather, this is the developed city of Karachi in Pakistan, in which drinking water is sold in old-fashioned "musk" (a large leather bag) filled with water and sold in homes.
