Karachi 1940
This was the Capital Cinema which was located in the street between the President Post Office and the beloved cloth market ,the old name of the street was Clark Street..
The cinema was finished a long time ago.
.It used to be mostly English movies..Now shoes, clothes and men's clothing in this place.. Shops of women's suits have become.. This street is now so narrow that even a bike can't go.. But one thing is certain that a capital restaurant has been set up here in the memory of Capital Cinema..
Another highlight of this cinema was that a famous and famous one of the minorities. Hero Sadiq Ali alias Prince of Munrowa when he was living his last days with disability, he was sitting on his wheelchair outside Capital Cinema. I also saw him sitting here but when I came to watch a movie in that cinema. So I did not know about him who is this sir..
When he died, it came to know through the newspapers that this was a certain person sitting outside the Capital Cinema.. If I had known at that time, I would have prayed for him..
Anyway, this cinema. Me, I watched most of the English cowboy type movies that I can't remember anymore. But you guys will definitely tell me what movies you guys watched here and also tell me if you saw Sadiq Ali aka Prince of Munrowa. Have you seen or talked to him or not?
