The North Western Hotel — built in 1908 along Queen’s Road near Karachi Cantonment Station — was once one of the city’s grand railway hotels.

Owned initially by the Jewish Wyse family from Austria, it welcomed travelers long before Karachi had modern hotels or highways.

After 1946, it came under the ownership of Agha Mohammad Yusuf, who introduced Agha’s Tavern and Agha’s Grill, making it a popular stop for continental and Pakistani food lovers.

For decades, it stood as a landmark for visitors arriving by train, a reminder of a Karachi that was elegant, quiet, and full of promise.

The hotel was finally demolished in the early 1990s, leaving behind nothing but rare photographs and fading memories.
It's a good picture of North West Hotel, on "Queen's Road" before 1930s in Karachi 👍
Our elders did enjoy some true luxury before 1940s which is missing in today's world 👎,

and to even say this, we are left with no option other than say that it's located on "Queen's Road", and this what the "Puppets" of South Asia hove done here 🙂

That's true living standard till 1910, we like roads- surroundings with tree's, clean areas......... 🕳️
👍

It's now confirmed that We are migrated to West/US under "Indian Flag" only, 🙂. no other flags, under commonwealth education/civilization by English language, as compared to the Chinese whose English isn't good enough as compared to White Collar Jobs's holders Commonwealth Games countries......🕳️

And this means, Put "the rubbish" on the roads of South Asia, and dream for OECD economies including for rich Arab World......

It's at least Good to see few good days, roads with surroundings, till 1910- 1940s 🙂
It's good to see at least the "Fate" of our elders till 1940s was good to say, we not sure about future......
