people of KPK dont hate the army they just hate the way they half ass the op and end result is cavemen come back anyway while the locals for months become IDP parts of KPK especially former FATA areas go into curfew because army fails to eleminate a few cavmen and they have to put curfew in place to take them out

What is the defined mechanism of intervention by Saudi Arabia(if any) clause in that written agreement that needs to be triggered?

IF you go to KPK and gets stuck in a serious situation the KPK police would help you if not them the locals would help you
If you go to Balochistan and gets stuck in a serious situation (I dunno your ethnicity) though BLA kills and slaughters anyone and everyone apart from Baloch then neither the ninja police will help nor the locals baloch heck they will capture and turn you over to the BLA fanatics at that point just pray that your death is painless
compare the first and second situation you can gauge the type of governance and emphaty of local people and the police

Angry ranting best reserved to be provided in the street to a reporter named Malik Qudoos reporting for some third rate news channel.

As has been amply witnessed(and goes beyond Pakistan) over the last 75 years - those in power will decide what is what. They decided East Pakistan was not worth it in 1970 and if they so deem that a bending over agreement was needed with KSA to get some economic relief from other debtors so THIS specific leadership (not 20 years later) can avoid mass uprising from what happens when Pakistan defaults - so be it
