Have guys noticed, that in Afghan military parades, and on their Ministry of Defence's YouTube channel, they show the Afghan Army training in modern military fatigues and armed with latest gear, but when they're sent to the front lines, they turn up in salwar kameez.

Bagram has no place in this or otherwise - it’s a strawman built up by politically motivated “journalists” for their own specific themed agendas… like those claiming PA troops will be driving Merkava tanks in Gaza.
If anything the mil establishment (not the overall establishment) is still executing this conflict rather gingerly due to their precarious hold vis a vis political situation and Shia situation with Iran. The amount of bull posted on social media is creating a “numbness” / “lashing out” combo in the population.
As far as Israel is concerned - speaking with / having Khadim e aala do his best “Im yours daddy” routine with Trump doesn’t necessarily mean you are an Israeli vassal state.
Its geopolitics - you smile, you wave and then you do what you can do best for you based on your mental capacity.
You can keep quiet, pretend to agree and then do what is for your interests. This is what you did during the Afghan conflict so far even if the “selfish” strategists were myopic or plain stupid at times - at least the guiding light was the interests of Pakistan.
When that starts to move as it has in the past with Musharraf, PPPP government, Nawaz and so on - at least so far the institutions (beyond the military) have enough of an ideological pushback that they eventually remove or negate such elements.

Because most of the training was isolated by US and NATO to very small numbers of ANA personnel (some of whom are GOOD) but most of them evacuated.You've seen the humvee salwar video i take it.
So whatever is left of those within the Taliban are likely kept to guarding high value individuals and what remains are the hordes of Shalwar utar gai variety - but those are cheap to replace so your bullets run out before these mountain goats do.
