I guess first one was in May 1961, when Afghan secret services rallied up the tribes on Bajaur on Ethnic and Racial ground to side with Afghan troops and captured areas of Bajaur. Even established Aghan rule there.
The tribes were treated as inferior kind by the Afghan government, and changed loyalty back to Pakistan. Only the Pakistan army could launch a military campaign to free the territory from the Afghans.

America was in Afghanistan for 2 decades, you can't locate, track and target every single munition in 2 weeks. No military in the world can, just look at the US in Iran right now.

Disappointed that PA wrapped up the operation. But I hope we delivered a solid message to taliban and destroyed a lot of their terror infrastructure.
Of course India will rebuild their suicide bomb factories. And when they do, fly in and destroy it again. Pak isn't going anywhere. Afghan areas must be monitored at all times, especially near the Durand line.

@Oscar you mentioned PAF pilots are getting tired flying constant combat missions which must be especially challenging considering the situation in next door iran. Considering our current strikes are mostly against static targets in a methodical air campaign that relies on psychological impact why not use yiha style drones for most targets instead? I get that firepower on target will be limited and that they can never match air power but they can still hit exposed or lightly fortified targets with ease and can be used as a psychological weapon with round the clock bombardment
