400km? DAMN!

This should sell like halva, i see Egypt as first customer they are in dire need for such system as deterence and first strike capability.
You should send couple of those free of charge to Liban also.
If Egypt ends up buying this system from us then will we sell a 250 km version as that would be MTCR compliant or will we be open to providing them TOT and letting them manufacture this system under a different name to bypass MTCR regulations?

Egypt can access a similar system directly from China if wants to go down that route. No need for Pakistan to be involved as a middleman.

How much is the warhead ?

400km seems longer ranged than they initially stated. Wasn't it meant to be around 250km?

We will probably sell them to Ukraine for more IMF loans from the US.

Looks like 2 missiles per launcher. At 400km range, the question is really what targets are these meant for and how many can we realistically launch in a conflict?

It could be more of a Nasr-type role...miniature nuclear, pre-emptively strike an incoming IBG from across the border, possibly while it's mobilizing/prepping.

The question is if its short range ballistic missile than will it work against s400? As oppose to a SRBM what advantages or disadvantages a rocket has at 400km?

There is no mention of nuclear in the press release. No mention of nuclear in Fatah-1 either, as far as I recall. I think Fatah series are supposed to have a conventional role. Furthermore, the final clip of hitting near the flag, you don't need (and need to show) that kind of accuracy for a nuclear weapon, albeit tactical.

With that context, I would repeat my question: What can you hit that is maybe 10 targets, which is worth expending 10 Fatah-II's on? Would have to be really high-value, not covered by S-400. I would imagine that an integrated air-defense system would have no trouble shooting down Fatahs. Maybe take out an AWACs on the ground or something - I don't know.
