Ballistic missiles on J10C? You mean Kinzal type aero- Ballistic missile?

The CM-400AKG is basically a ballistic missile. Something slightly larger (longer actually), with a second stage made up of a hypersonic glider maybe more sustainable against even the most modern of threats. A longer range missile would allow the J-10 to launch from a safer distance as well as from an expected angle; such as flying low to Yemen and turning around to attack from the south. The J-10’s longer range (over the JF-17) makes such a prospect more possible.

IMO, the real challenge would be the comparative effectiveness of the main BVR missiles of the two platforms in question.

I think despite the range advantage Captor-E may have over the AESA radar of the J-10C, PL-15 still might offer, the Dragon, the first shoot capability.

As far as the HOBS capability of the WVRAAM's of the two platforms is concerned, I am eagerly waiting for some feedback.

J10c has a very capable Aesa and ecm set. That thing is a beast per someone who knows more. Both are derivatives of j20s tech. No wonder it made an impression of air forces the world over including paf

I believe the Air Chief is already on his way out, unless, he too is getting an extension .

On a another matter...
I gotta say, seeing the EFT & J-10 side-by-side - it's shocking how the two look similar in size & design.

Although, I do need to look up as to how much the J-10 can carry on its hard points, 'cause the EFT is Bomb Truck.

They might not be meant for it, but could be employed in that role. Their ability to carry potentially larger Anti-Ship Cruise missiles or Ballistic missiles, might make them better suited, then any other aircraft in the PAF inventory, should push come to shove.

The CM-302 is a Chinese supersonic anti-ship cruise missile – the export variant of the YJ-12. Deployed by the Pakistan Navy on its Tughril-class frigates, it cruises at Mach 2.5–3 with a range of 280 km.

The PAF may need this platform, down the line, perhaps with a more power engine to be able to carry a pair of Hypersonic cruise missiles with enough range to effectively keep Indian carrier battle groups at bay.

Come on, the YJ-12 is a monster of a missile much too large and heavy! The J-10 can never ever carry this one ... the missile in the images is a YJ-91 ARM.

This is not our fight. And No! WE cannot do that. There is a reason why no country wants to challenge Israel in conventional terms. Israel has installed very capable defenses against jet fighters, drones, and ballistic missiles and they also have a fleet of F-35 jets which will wipe the floor with any jet in our arsenal. One must have realistic expectations.

Pakistan should focus on its own issues.

J-10C has better agility and speed compared to F-35.

USA has misused its influence to restrain various Muslim air forces from obtaining high-tech capabilities and long-range missiles, while J-10C enables PAF to assert its dominance in the region.
