2026 seems year of stealth fighter in Pakistan. Many members like Mustankhan and zarvan estimate it to be 2026.

Sorry, your logic doesn’t make sense. We operate the F-7 and Mirage alongside the F-16, JF-17, and J-20 because each aircraft serves a specific role within the Air Force. Also, we are only acquiring 35 - 40 J-35s, and they will not arrive all at once. The deliveries will be phased in batches, 10, then another 10, then 10, and finally 5.

There are many factors involved in the acquisition of the J-35. The aircraft was undergoing testing and just entered limited production, getting ready for serial production. Chinese Air Force requirements are another key consideration. In addition, geopolitical dynamics and the risk of a full scale conflict between Pakistan and India play a role while India may not be fully prepared, uncertainty always remains regarding chiawalla’s decisions. Based on discussions and interviews with defense experts, my assessment is that if a crisis were to occur, China might deliver a limited number of aircraft earlier; however, the most likely timeline for broader delivery remains around 2028 or beyond.
 
I think in 2026 we should get some j35. Obviously if possible like 3 to 4 for deterrence and keep India at bay for any misadventure from India side.

Well, if any statement from the MK would be relevant, then the JF-17 Bl. III would have a larger wing, use an Italian engine, and be AMRRAM-capable! And... the cockpit walls would be covered in kerosene because they're green!

And the PAF would operate two squadrons of JH-7A ... would already operate the Liaoning plus a squadron of J-15 all for free! :ROFLMAO: 😘

In the 2026 PAF Calendar, there is no clear image of the J-35A. There is an obscure one that could be the PFX in the demonstrator or prototype version.

If J-35A were to be inducted, as claimed in the past, then why would an obscure image be shown? In the past, before the J-10C was purchased, it was being presented in the future scheme of things.

This is what I am assuming may happen. I am open to alternative opinions.

Its already at Nur Khan air Base. Just being stealthy.
If everyone knows about it, won't be stealthy.
 
Maybe for the time being PAF may focus on J-10c and let J-35 mature a bit. Rocket force may get more focus instead.
