WE Pakistanis will have to wait. I don’t think J35 will be delivered next years . Chinas piority is its navy’s fujian aircraft carrier needs to be equipped first with carrier based J35s . And then followed by Chinese Airforce. So initial production of j35s is to full fill chinas needs. I think we are looking at least 3 years wait? Unless our Chinese friends know better.

New rafales will start arriving at end of 2028 or after that. Tejas are not getting engines. They wont buy SU-57.

I think we are good for 2-3 years and can wait. In the meantime maybe add 30 JF17B3 and 30 J-10CE. That would really help in replacing around 100 mirages 3/5 and F7

Aircraft arent the immediate focus - AD and loitering systems along with BMs are to get the upper hand or "parity" at a minimum.

Even with additional Rafale's India will still struggle getting a longer stick so it too is focusing on networked ops - with much less enthusiasm for new jets.
