My reading says that the F22's are still running on the GAA platform and the older F35's still on GAS base tr modules for their radars.

Secondly---not all GAN or GAS TR modules are equal in performance---. Depends on how fast the modules cycle themselves ( is that the right word ).

China also working on gallium oxide Ga₂O₃. Maybe already inducted in electronics.

A single transistor on an AESA built on gen-3 SiC chip, processes 3 times more than a GaN chip. Meaning you get 3 times larger range! Imagine that. F-22 and F-35 are on GaN.
