What's the life raft thing the pilot is in?

Good pilot is ok
As for Thunders crashing I'm not surprised single engine russian engines notorious unsafe and inefficient
Also no surprises about Pak military withholding news of crashes

This is a serious flawed fighter judging by news coming out of mynamar and other users

I would bet the nos of crashes are way above the five we know about...

There is also a reason why the Pakistan air force is seeking j10 suddenly rather than more block three thunders.

To Err is Human.

So Many things can go wrong

Human error , Mechanical failure , Bird Hits

Just last week one F 35 crashed

In India , A Big Furore had happened in 2003

The dead pilot who was initially blamed , by IAF ,had his honour restored by his mother after a prolonged fight

And then His Mother said something on TV , and I quote

" Fighter Pilots are Not Born in Every Home and Every Day
We should cherish Fighter pilots "

A movie was made after this whole thing happened

Rang de Basanti was that movie

3 f35 crashed in past 10 days.

Jets that fly they crash

Jets that are displayed on back of truck don't crash unless truck crashes

After the Mirage III incident, another PAF fighter, the JF-17, crashed in the Jhang district. It's notable how Pakistan managed to suppress this information, with no coverage from news channels. This raises questions about the extent of casualties and damage they might be concealing. Their proficiency in controlling information could prove advantageous in wartime propaganda, in stark contrast to our situation where images and videos of jet crashes surface within minutes.

Yes extent of casualties, whole PAF was wiped out with one plane.

Well the pilot is fine, by the way it looks like no mans land where he crashed.

Cry harder, PAF and Pak gov release these things. it's only been a few hours. IAF told the whole world their planes returned safely during Feb 2019 and they "shot down" an F-16.

Let's not even start talking about credibility, you will lose everytime!

LoL, PAF did not release anything. Last time Dawn broke the news , and Pakistanis were crying under Martin Becker handle that it's fake news.

Also it's not been few hours, but 36 hours. This time even main stream news media has been curbed regarding the crash.

Fighter jet crashes are part and parcel of airforce life

As long as crashes are less than 1 per 10000 flight hours then it's OK.

USAF averages 15-18 crashes a year , but they also have 10000 aircrafts in service
