Pakistan should take out all of the Afghan helicopters. Force them to travel everywhere by car and be vulnerable to IEDs in the future.

They are high value targets that are prized by the Taliban, so it will hurt them where it matters. A few months back, they were asking for helicopters to be "returned" to Afghanistan by the neighbouring central asian countries, as it was "their" property etc. They value them.
