Let's team up with the Central Asian states. There couldn't be a better opportunity now that India has decided to side with the Taliban. Pakistan needs firm guarantees from Tajiks, Uzbeks and the rest that they won't side with India to undermine Pakistan.

That is why Pakistan - Azerbijan relations are strategic. PAF assets there will keep an eye on everyone there including Iran.

The Taliban are already looking for alternative routes:

Omid Haidari, a trader, stated: "Exports through Torkham, Ghulam Khan, and Spin Boldak are always disrupted, causing losses for our traders. The government should offer supportive incentives to encourage exporters to use alternative ports like Nimroz and Islam Qala for trade with other markets such as Turkey and India."

On the other hand, some Pakistani media outlets have quoted the country’s Foreign Ministry as saying that trade transit with Afghanistan is currently suspended and crossings will remain closed until security conditions are reviewed.

Tahir Andrabi, spokesperson for Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, stated that the lives of Pakistani citizens are more valuable than any commercial goods.

Let's team up with Iran and Central Asian countries to pile the pressure on Hindu Taliban.

They're already on board. Do you think Turco/Mongol folk have any love for these misfits? None at all. They're not with India either.
Regional summits coming up. The Uzbeks decided to enter some agreements on energy and transport, and now have stalled. The other states said hell no.
.

Amen to this. This opportunity mustn't be wasted.

Let's see how Hindustan helps their Taliban buddies.

Get real dude. Taliban regime survive on USA $40m weekly payment. Its own revenue is $2bn vs Pakistan $60bn. Majority of its exports are only good for Pakistan.

So lets break it down.

$2bn revenue vs $60bn

$1.8bn exports vs $40bn.

$1bn remittance vs $38bn.

$18bn GDP vs $407bn.

Pakistan doesn't have energy shortages.

Afghan Taliban don't have to payback anything to anyone. We need to repay $25-$30 billion each year in principal and interest. Afghan Taliban do not trade with anyone and hence do not have trade deficit, you do.

So not only we have to pay back loans, we are also in deficit. So tell me again who is in bad situation here ? Economy vise. Precisely the thing you focused in your post that I am quoting.

Frankly these talks are useless - the Taliban are just wasting time and trying to distract while dirty Indians do something stupid in the East. It has been 7 days since the talks began - in these 7 days Pakistan could have absolutely annihilated most of the Taliban terror infrastructure.

Just have a look at the social media, there is a huge Anti-Pakistan campaign by Afghans and Indians, and Pakistanis are no where to be seen. It is all about narrative control - Pakistan is loosing it big time. Not only this, this terrorist Afghan Monkey has shown up all of sudden. Pakistan should have shot down his jet.

Afghanistan isnt real “state” in modern sense. Its flag change every 10 years and debt is written off. Its economy depend on transit trade goods smuggling to Pakistan.

Its not a flex you think it is. Right now Kabul is out of electricity. They are still living on infrastructure left behind by USA. But that infrastructure will rott soon.

Let these talks fall apart. It will be Pakistan's turn after that. Just a little patience is required.

This is the time to prepare and plot. Calm before the storm.

If that's your definition of economy then US with more than 30 trillion dollars of debt has the worst economy in the world.....Khush kitaya he sonya.

The terrorists seemed to be killed daily, I wonder what their numbers are.
UN (as of 2024) says less than 7000.

That's a massive decrease from their peak of 25,000 in 2014. It's also less than the 10,000 that Pakistan estimated in 2022.

Pakistan has faced a large amount of martyrdom due to terror attacks by the ttp, but Pakistan seems to have severely degraded TTP capabilites, which is why the ttp seems to be conducting larger scale attacks that don't have any strategic value, but are meant to be advertising for further recruitment.

From what I can tell, their recruitment within Pakistan is essentially falling apart. They've had to start recruiting Afghans, and foreigners to try and maintain their current numbers.

TTPs biggest mistake back in 2014 was fighting sort of a conventional battle, back then they actually held territory but in a conventional fight they got slaughtered by airstrikes artillery and tanks, nowadays they essentially do death by a thousand cuts, also they do actually have a support network inside the tribal areas and most of their recruits are Pakistani, if I had to make estimate it would they are made up of 60% Pakistanis 25-30% Afghan and 10% composed of others.

Talis exposed themselves as terrorists when they reportedly threatened to use suicide bombers in all Pakistani cities. They also claimed Pak has kufr government and were snubbed by both Turkish and Qatari mediators.
