PC-21s. They only took PAF IPs for Mirage F1s briefly. But the man giving him the certificate in the picture is ex-PAF, with a Qatari military rank, flew Alphajets and Mirage 2000s for Qatar. Got famous for tipping over a PAF F-16 during a scramble demonstration

Great move, although I thought the AW139s replaced the Aloutte no?

Anyway, good to see PAF and Pak Army now (finally!) cordinating in chopper procurement. Both now usiing AW139 and Fennec.

A good video on how US Marines is training on how to disperse assets.

Helicopter conversion sqn also flew Alouette.

That would make sense, Fennec is ideally suited in that role, although I was under the impression PAF sends its potential chopper pilots to Rahwali?

Just very interesting as it is rare for an Air Force to operate light helicopters like this. Usually it is for training as you indicate.

Glad Alouttes are retired.

It was a temporary measure. PAF has its own heli conversion school.
