Dear MTCR has nothing to do here. The MTCR only applies to missiles with a range of 300 km or higher. Neither the PL-15 nor the PL-15E falls under this, as the PL-15's range is around 200-300 km, depending on the launch conditions.

Again, if you know any pilots or technical personnel in the PAF, please check with them. They will tell you what the BVR range of the missiles on their planes is.

I am not sure what you are threatening me with and why, but I had already said that the PL-15 variant that China exports is the PL-15E. It is a matter of public record.

PL-15 fleet? You seem confused.

The PL -15 is standard on the J-10C and the PL-15E is standard on the J-10CE that is exported to Pakistan.

PAF only recently confirmed that the "PL-15" was integrated into the JF-17 Block III. Since the more advanced J-10CE was not exported with the PLAAF variant of the P-15 but the export variant PL-15E, it is clear that the lower -end JF-17 Block III would also have the export variant PL-15E.
