We need these These Air defence system more in number . We need something special to tackle drone penetration at low altitude.

I agree - this is the sort of solution required to defend airbases, and other high value installations against cruise missiles, and drones when they have bypassed other layers of the IADS.

It was shocking to see so little has been put in place to defend the airbases from attack. India has free reign to attack those airbases at will.

People say, that a runway can be repaired in 8hrs, etc. However, the problem with that logic is that the airbase is put out of operations for that period of time and all of its assets are not operationally deployed which makes them vulnerable as well as the cost of whatever missions that India decides to execute during that time period.

We know that Saragodha airbase has at least one runway knocked out for 8hrs because it only has 1 main runway, and that runway was rendered non-operational for that period of time. There is a secondary runway, but the strike on Saragodha airbase was very close to when both runways cross over each other ( talk about bad runway design for military operations).

If you consider how important Saragodha airbase is to Pakistans defence, then you realise how impactful losing or have degraded performance of that bases capabilities for those number of hours for repairs is.

Something like Saragodha airbase needs more runways, so that it is more resilient to attacks taking out the airbase and but it also needs system like you have shown for "end stage defence" of airbases.
