we can have 8–12 teams to qualify: here’s the optimized structure:

• Top 6 from Tier A
• Top 2 from Tier B
• Optional: 2 wildcards (based on performance + fan engagement)

Total: 8–10 teams Perfect size for a commercial T10/PSL-style event.
