Yes he played really well, it would have been 4-1, if not for his 2 goal clearances. Also the goals came on the other flank, not his.

Lennartsson is obviously talking about Swedish media and Allsvenskan fans here, but the poor guy probably has no idea that 99% of Abdullah’s own country doesn’t even know who he is.

Imagine being Pakistani, getting called the best CB in a European top division and nobody back home gives a shit because the media has spent decades shoving kirkat down everyone’s throat 24/7. Kirkat in the morning, kirkat at night, kirkat when they win, kirkat when they lose, kirkat drama when there isn’t even a fucking match going on.

Meanwhile guys like Abdullah are actually doing something special in football and barely anyone knows they exist.

Actually pisses me off.
