I don’t think Khan will change his method but it takes a tiny spark and it can come from anywhere in Pakistan.

afaik PPP would only vote for PMLN but won't seek cabinet positions?
CM Punjab position is being given to a complete bimbo so IK we are f-ed
PM, FM are alright but doubt they'd be able to govern with the kinda shaky mandate they have been given

It's more ceremonial for sure, but Zardari didn't treat it as such from 2008 - 2013.

Gilani was very much playing second fiddle and Zardari was galavanting globally and positioning himself as the main man.

He'll make sure he gets enough of the limelight and be different to Alvi.

Seems quite idiotic to have PDM 2.0 with an even lower mandate when they were nudged into winning the NCV.

This will spell the end of PMLN for sure. Maybe a dent in PPP as well but they’ve got Sindh (except urban Sindh) firmly in their control.

What are the generals thinking? This way their budget will be squeezed even further. Or they don’t care as they’d own the non defense expenditure as well.
