Usage especially who we will employ, RAFALE is far ahead of J-10 C but implantation and kill chain make the difference.

Agreed but if you compare with RAFALE and so called their software system and missiles J10 could easily on papers some what inferior to so called European tech.

It was around this time that the IAF sought clearance to strike the Sargodha air base. “The Air Chief asked me whether we should strike Sargodha. I said, ‘Go ahead’. I said, ‘Please identify two more targets’. So one of the targets he identified was Skardu,” the former CDS said.

This is my point, you are going on about "current technologies", Chinese out of nowhere almosty came out with DeepMind and 6th Gen planes.

Lets wait and see what happens in next 10 years, especially now with the help of AI

So seems like a lot of the actual weapons and tactics work will be ff loaded to the operational squadrons then right? (BVR fighting, Sniper pod, air to ground, recce training etc)

DG ISPR also presented selectively edited clips from Indian media channels during press briefings to claim that the Pakistan Army and Air Force had inflicted significant damage on Indian military installations. In reality, the original reports (from channels Aaj Tak and India TV) showed Indian anchors discussing damage inflicted on Pakistani airbases and military sites by Indian strikes. By cutting the clips out of context and omitting the parts that clearly referred to Pakistan, the presentation created the false impression that Indian media itself was admitting destruction of Indian assets.
