Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

I do think it is "too" early to do the victory lap, or assume this is fully over. Think this could have, and should have been delayed for a few months(imho).

Maybe a little premature but doesn't hurt either. Can't control official celebrations when the masses are out in huge numbers celebrating something. For Pakistanis, even a 'stalemate' is a victory given the imbalance between Pakistan and India.
General G. D. Bakshi is seething over the celebrations. "Mission Accomplished". Hahahah!

What the hell are they saying here about Pakistan, Turkey and China?

Agree - not sure what the limitation is since we now know the host platform does not need to lock on to the target with its own radar now.

The structural changes are too significant to bring Block II to Block III standards apparently.
I believe Blk 2 can technically launch PL15s. But not having AESA radar limits the range of detection so potentially limits the usefulness of the "long stick" of you find yourself in a non network environment.
If you are fully networked, and are being cued in by AEW platforms then BLK 2 can also be a launch platform.

Summarize. I don't have the ears to listen to them.

I don't know why, but listening to this five times soothed the soul.

If only that ISI agent hadn't left her hanging, she would have been more positive about Pakistan.

PM : Pakistan didn't downed 5 IAF jets but number is 6.

Just flip the script for a moment, imagine India shooting down 6 Pakistani jets without losing a single one... Now picture the deafening roar of propaganda, the chest-thumping hysteria, and the sanctimonious sermonizing we'd be drowning in from both New Delhi and their ever-obliging cheerleaders in the Western media....

The Modi embarrassment is so colossal that even with their full-throttle damage control (backed by their Zionist allies) and echoed across friendly international media, they’re failing to contain the fallout.... The narrative is crumbling, and outside of India’s own echo chamber, hardly anyone’s buying what they’re selling...

At the risk of showing my age, for over 20 years I've been reading constant diatribe by Indian posters about their Su-30MKI and tejus, non stop online diarrhea about how amazing they are, and that the PAF is doomed, about India having air superiority etc. I remember endless arguments on the air forces monthly forum. All that bullshit, gone up in fire in a single night.

On a side note, it seems the US and Indians were definitely spooked by something. At first the Americans were happy for us to fight it out, but then something happened for them to immediately intervene and force the Indians into a ceasefire. The change in tone by sashi tharoor is quite astonishing, so they must have been spooked by something.
To be a fly on the wall when Rubio was getting briefed that night
