I dont think JF17B can generate enough electrical power to be a EW platform. Electrical power generation is quite important, so a twin engine is really required for that.

I am really starting to like Rabia Akhtar! I don't know much about her but I think she and Moeed Yusuf (the former NSA), along with Hussain Haqqani make a great online team to defend Pakistan.

Remember between the morning of May 7 and the morning of May 10, how many here were calling for Pakistan to go into India and avenge the civilians killed in their homes and mosques? I was either a fence sitter or I wanted Pakistan to de-escalate because on the morning of May 7, Pakistan was already ahead with the Indian fighter jets downed AND Indian casualties on the LoC. So it would be appropriate, in the gambling parlance (and I think I used 'gambling parlance' in my post those days) to get out while you are ahead. But too many here wanted Pakistan to fall for the Indian trap of going into India and avenging. And I bet some of them would have been actually glad that Pakistan would be humiliated then to fulfill their very narrow political goals.



Moeed Pirzada and other 'BhagoRas' (fugitive) 'journalists' sitting in the West are surely click-bait clowns for me for many months.

These disgraced sellouts Moeed Modizada and Adil Sharmason are making money by helping out their Hindutva dads by barking against the state of Pakistan.

I think he is trying(tried) his best to tell india not to mess with Pakistan, but he isn't taken seriously by the indians who make decisions. That could be due to his caste, religion, status, domicile, labguage, area, etc. The warmongers and the weapons buyers don't like these kind of people. Money rules. Corruption rules. Contracts worth billions matter.
Hence he does what he does, run his magazine and yt channel, but does not have a big fan following because he doesn't allign with their nefarious plans. He knows the reality/auqat of indian military. This recent coflict has reinforced what he knew and thought previously. Even the mainstream indian channels never bother with him or consider him important.
Sometimes i feel he is a misfit in india and feel sorry for him. He should've left india for somewhere foreign. I don't know why he still bothers telling them. lol

I don't agree about investing more in ballistic missiles in the context of Pakistan/India. They have a nuclear dimension that restricts their use even in the conventional context. Better off if cruise missiles are developed instead like Brahmos or Storm Shadows that are purely conventional in nature, ie no dual use of this type of capability.

Fatah is useful though esp given it is Pakistani homemade, but supersonic cruise missiles offer a capability that is required also.

Ballistic missiles are not necessarily good theater munitions. Their trajectory is predictable and almost cost prohibitive for smaller, closer targets. Which is where loitering munitions and cruise missiles of different iteration are useful.
Ballistic missiles are by nature trucks to haul a load at a distance where either reentry vehicles or maneuvering warheads avoid countermeasures to hit their targets.

The fact remains that our political and military leadership had ZERO hand in our victory....First it was Allah's divine blessing and second the Airforce......
It was pretty obvious Pakistan was not going to respond to Indian attack and was willing to take shooting down of Indian aircrafts as an equalizer .....

It was only after maha Chtia Modi over played his hand by attacking Nur Khan that we HAD to respond....just like Nawaz had to respond to Indian nuclear tests.....there is no courage, leadership and 52 inch solid metal chest required....Its a fight or flight reaction and we did what was needed......

No credit to these coward generals or politicians.....ALL praise to Allah's blessing , our Air Force and drone forces.....
