No. They are different tech. For starters Ababeel still has base fins which have disappeared from most modern missiles and the bus shape is visibly different.

I dont think it is Pakistani at all.

Its a SLV, and not Ababeel. You guys are getting confused with the payload compartment that looks the same. Ababeel is a MRV'd missile, so its payload housing compartment is built to hold payload like any SLV's hold Satellites. Although the internal would look much different when you house multiple warheads vs. a satellite. But the external can look similar.

Of course it’s not a Pakistani SLV. It’s KZ1A SLV. But in terms of layout, usage of 1.4m solid rocket motors and last liquid stage it’s very similar to Ababeel, meaning an SLV of similar capabilities can be evolved out of Ababeel.

Over the opposite funny thing this SLV development dates back to 2010 exactly when BBC published a report allegedly claiming china was helping pak develop MIRV missiles, there's that so.

We should procure but We didn't even used what we had in last conflict. We only used our shortest range rockets that's all. No baburs, no raads, no shaheens, no nothing. We had every opportunity to punish & hit india severely. Make hits deep inside india but we didn't. Our leaders revolved around "restrain".

Our Fatah rockets did hit where they were supposed to hit. India's AD is over-hyped. The baburs / Raads, and BMs like shaheens, most of those will make impacts if we take such decision.

Good to have more attack options but in the end it will come down to decision makers, if they want to show "restrain" OR want to punish the adversary as it deserves.

My theory with this is economies of Scale, getting into SCM is waste of time and resources in a era of hypersonic missiles, this along with Sarkash and other loitering munitions will be the first munitions launched on Indian targets in mass, Hypersonic most probably HGVs will used only for total war scenario.
F series along with loitering and PAFs glide such SDB and alrasoob missiles will be it's a cheap and cost effective solution, last time Indian fired 50 or so SCMs, we would be able to fire 100s of F4 at the same price.
Also another thing Pak armed forces have considerable trust in the non kinetic abilities like jamming of radar and ADs, rather firing expensive SCMs they are just gonna fire these precise subsonic missiles at India in mass along with loitering munitions

Apparently, the FATAH-4 was also displayed outside Jinnah Stadium. This would mark the first time the system has been unveiled to the public (it had been previously acknowledged to be in development). Interestingly, it bears a striking resemblance to the Harbah-NG, a subsonic, sea-skimming cruise missile.
