As for Pakistan most reliable data points to the 50 Kiloton range, perhaps its higher but so far we have demonstrated capability.

I dont think shaheen 3 has 50kt warheads imo prob closer to 100-150kt. Those smaller warheads we used beforehand were mostly for srbms and brbms.

Possible the S3 could carry a 100 kiloton warhead but not certain, the thing about our nuclear program is that it's not as secret as some people here thing it is, if we had a 100-150 kiloton warhead the Americans would have probably known and said so, we were probably the most Surveilled country in the world during the WOT days.

Nothing is secret in this day and age for agencies like the CIA , They probably know how many warheads does each facility houses and what are "heads" of the facility and other things are . If DPRK can get to a 100-150 kt Nuke then we can too , as we were the ones which helped the DPRK with their nuclear program.

Why would the Americans be worried about 150 kiloton or 300 kiloton warheads?
There is NOTHING stopping Pakistan from having larger warheads other than throw weight of delivery vehicle and every warhead in service is designed for the purpose to both meet quid pro quo and mutually assured destruction of India WITH REDUNDANCY

We definitely could, computer simulation has come a long way its entirely possible a 150 kiloton warhead was tested in a simulation but isn't the yield of a warhead something you would declare or atleast hint at? Since the point is deterrance? Indians claimed they tested 200kt thermonuclear device back in 1998 that was scaled down to 45 kilotons but most assessments say it was a failed thermonuclear test.

If what you are writing is true, India may aswell attack now and get done with Pakistan, because there won't be a mutually assured destruction.
Pakistani پٹاخے will do less damage cummulatively , than a single Indian warhead.
That also renders tge entire Pakistani nuclear doctrine and planners into the category چ
