How can nuclear armed enemy can differentiate COVENTIONAL BMS fire by another nuclear armed country that whether that coming BMs have COVENTIONAL warheads or NUCLEAR warheads, think about it dude

There is a department whose job is to collect and monitor such things, which is part of the intelligence setup.

On the Indian side they have 19+ defence sats, last time I counted, other more learned members could update you on the exact number as of now.

Lastly, there is a hotline that exists, for this very scenario.

Previously when similar NOTAM's have been issued, missiles of those ranges weren't exercised. Maybe it's to keep recon aircrafts / drones out.

Thats why they've introduced this new series of Fattah BMs.
While shaheen series will be responsible for conventional strikes beyond 1000kms. Its the people here that have misunderstood paks approach to BMs. I've look up ISPRs statements regarding BMs and they've talked about accuracy from like 2010s onwards, why on earth you would need accuracy, if you just want nuke a country with the said missile, INs equipped BM with CEP of about 2-300m can get the job done. why develop advanced navigation systems if your not going to use them for conventional strike.

How would India know whether our missiles are not nuclear armed ?

Secondly it will have some objective you are right but time to broader your objectives for current and future geopolitical situations. If cannot increase range at least show a own supersonic cruise missile or iskander type something. Take lessons from north korea we took some technology from them in early stages and look they are firing icbms after every couple of months. Ababeel was last good news.
