There are literally so many countries here and claiming PN or even IN for sake "defenders of Indian Ocean" is false
They are retarded and they dont give a damn about perceptions.yeah but would be extremely retarded and obvious of them to do so
No ones sending in naval ships to gulf for the forseeable futureThey are retarded and they dont give a damn about perceptions.
Another threat might be sea mines if PN intends to escort ships through strait. Several reports have emerged in the western media regarding ongoing Iranian preparations of mining the strait.
She is so sexy
i dont even know much about pn but the answer in this section is always the same ,Why didnt we went for the 8 Cm 302 package ? would have been great for countering the IN CBG.
Because they really don't need to, it would be stupid to engage IN in surface engagements, where they not only have more ships and missiles but can fire them from longer range not to mention they have better air defences then our ships. Why didnt we went for the 8 Cm 302 package ? would have been great for countering the IN CBG.
I don't agree with this philosophy. we should maximize the equipment when it goes out at sea to inflict vital blow if need be. 4 missiles are a deterrent, they can take out 1 or 2 targets max, 8 of them are a punchBecause they really don't need to, it would be stupid to engage IN in surface engagements, where they not only have more ships and missiles but can fire them from longer range not to mention they have better air defences then our ships.
PN understands this hence the A2/D2 strategy with Submarines and potentially USVs being our main offensive weapons
Acc to the Chinese here on the forum , the Type 54 APs hull is not designed to hold so many missiles , we have seen the Type 52Ds carry 16 cm302 apart from the multiple yj18 in the vls..so its mostly a structural issue..I don't agree with this philosophy. we should maximize the equipment when it goes out at sea to inflict vital blow if need be. 4 missiles are a deterrent, they can take out 1 or 2 targets max, 8 of them are a punch
Dont get me wrong but how the heck we are going to continue our A2/AD strategy if the IN decides to lob for say 14 Brahmos from long distances?Because they really don't need to, it would be stupid to engage IN in surface engagements, where they not only have more ships and missiles but can fire them from longer range not to mention they have better air defences then our ships.
