I think both Turkey and Pakistan have understood that the world can be a hostile place and they need a back up

If war were to breakout and internal manufacturing was effected having a supply lines in a friendly country can keep the war effort supplied and going

We will see Increasing endeavours between Turkey and Pakistan for this reason

REPKON has turned itself into a global giant for ammunition production.

They're very active on the US market, too.

A lesser-known yet highly successful company in the Turkish defense sector. They also produce the machinery essential for the production line.

And, that too in a nuclear state with FGF jets! The last time the PAF flew JF-17s to Azerbaijan over Afganistan etc. It shows the feasibility of an "air bridge" as an alternative route should the need arise....

My Turkish cousins continue to impress. Good going.

"....So far, three configurations with different engines have been developed for AKINCI depending on needs:

AKINCI-A with 450 hp
AKINCI-B with 750 hp
AKINCI-C with 850 hp engines.

An up-scaled variant is also being developed with two turboprop engines from the TEI TS1400 turboshaft engine with a power rating of 1400+ hp.

AKINCI’s munition options include MAM-C/L/M smart munitions, TEBER/HGK/LGK/KGK guided GPBs, TOLUN SDB, and UAV-122/UAV-230 aeroballistics missiles.

The UCAV can also be fitted with MURAD 110-A AESA radar, EW pods, SAR, or extra EO/IR gimbals."

Baykar released a video showing an Akıncı being loaded with what it identified as TV- and laser-guided versions of the İHA-122 and then taking off at its test centre in Çorlu. The video showed a floating target being designated by a laser and then hit with the laser-guided İHA-122 at a location Baykar identified as Sinop on the Black Sea.

The video also included footage filmed by the TV-guided version's seeker as it descended rapidly towards what appeared to be the same target.

Roketsan developed the İHA-122 from its 122 mm surface-to-surface missiles, which include the global navigation satellite services (GNSS)-guided TRG-122 and laser-guided TRLG-122, but not a TV-guided version.

Baykar announced the first test launch of an İHA-122 from an Akinci in December 2023 but did not identify the type of guidance it used.

While Roketsan has not revealed the range of the İHA-122, Baykar said the target was 55 km away in the latest test..."

Well, Baykar has bought Piaggio Aerospace. This is going to be interesting. I wonder what the goal was behind this buy. Most of their offerings revolve around the p180 and then engine component production and MRO. They produce components for the F135 and also other engines.
