PS: not sure about it's authenticity and timing. Can anyone confirm this ?
The only thing missing from that spec page is the range unfortunately.
For suicide drones, the most important indicator is the unit price, followed by range and explosive power.
Only when the unit price is low enough can you mass-produce them, allowing their effectiveness to be fully realized. Advanced technology is not the core metric they pursue. (The more advanced it is, the higher the price will be.)
==================================================
DJI's 30kg-class multi-rotor UAV has a commercial retail price of 125,000 RMB.
1. Due to Chinese legal restrictions, its altitude and range are software-locked. However, these restrictions would be removed if it were deployed in the military market.
2. If purchased in bulk by the military, the price would be controlled to within 100,000 RMB.
3. It can return and be reused after deploying a 30kg payload; it is not a one-time, self-destructing drone.
Therefore, if Pakistan can keep the price of your self-destructing UAV below $10,000, it would be a very good product. Otherwise, its market competitiveness will be very limited.
Chinese suicide drone-related products:
PD-2900. Feilong-300D.
The unit price of these products is within US$10,000.
