POST WAR assessment of recent conflict.

This is a warning to Indian members here on PDF. Lately I have seen a trend where Indian members deliberately enter every single Pakistani thread relating to the conflict and use the same old tried and tested tactics of derailment, trolling and shit-posting.

I have been strict with the thread focused on the conflict - and have not interfered in any other threads, but take this as a final warning - if any of you here insult our armed forces, our nation or engage in trolling or argumentative posts, you will simply be thread banned.

If you keep this up this pattern of behaviour in other threads, rather than ban you from the forum, I will simply ban you from the entire Pakistani section of the forum.

We want you to share your side of the story, BUT I personally will NOT allow you or anyone else to insult the efforts of our brave and heroic armed forces. Any INDIAN who reacts to this post with a :ROFLMAO: will simply be banned from the forum, you can go and cry to admin afterwords. I couldn't care less!

To my Pakistani brothers on this forum, PAKISTAN ZINDABAD!

Indian Army admitted there was a damage on Indian airbases so the scores were even… This whole war was fought by India alone as Pakistan showed no interest in it until the last day when they struck 9 or 12 airbases and Pakistan responded with attacking 26 locations in India, mostly Airbases.

The Air defence system prevented some missile strikes on both sides but couldn’t fully defend the territory, the airbases were hit on both sides and once again it was a minor damage on both sides. The S-400 seemed useless as the Indian Army spokeswomen accepted the damage on 26 Indian locations. The pictures shown by Indian Army were funny in a way that they were showing minor damages to the Airbases inside Pakistan and zero proof of any assets being hit. It was largely in the middle of a runway which is already being repaired or a building somewhere at the corner with no proof of assets being hit

As I have said earlier, Pakistan damage on Indian bases were negligible. It’s now confirmed by the New York Times

“Satellite images of the sites Pakistan claimed to have hit are limited, and so far do not clearly show damage caused by Pakistani strikes even at bases where there was corroborating evidence of some military action.

But satellite imagery indicates that while the attacks were widespread, the damage was far more contained than claimed — and appeared mostly inflicted by India on Pakistani facilities. In a new age of high-tech warfare, strikes by both sides, verified by the imagery, appeared to be precisely targeted.

Where India appears to have had a clear edge is in its targeting of Pakistan’s military facilities and airfields, as the latter stretch of fighting shifted from symbolic strikes and shows of force to attacks on each other’s defense capabilities.

High-resolution satellite imagery, from before and after the strikes, shows clear damage to Pakistan’s facilities by Indian attacks, if limited and precise in nature.

Pakistani officials, according to state media, said their forces had “destroyed” India’s Udhampur air base. The family of one Indian soldier has confirmed his death on the base. But an image from May 12 does not appear to show damage.“

They are continuously lying that Pakistan attacked Amritsar and Civilian Air route was operational while Pak's offensive. If Pak cannot counter it, it will be a mess and bite us later. Army should quash internal feud and point its guns outwards.
They say, Pak has attacked gurudwara, mosques, chapels, (mandir?), all minorities' worship places. I wonder why Jain temples were spared! What will Pak get out of it to hurt minorities?

Only time will tell what were the results. It seems now there is a deliberate attempt by the western media to somehow save India's blushes. After all it's a huge market and they want to sell more weapons systems to india.

First I've heard of this.

India gained around $1.3 trillion since then.
Which without the conflict would be 2.3 trillion(or more if considering the stabilized environment and compounding trade deals)- not a net 300 billion.

The Indian government has released some kind of paper prepared by I don't know who, focusing on its supposed strengths and weaknesses during the conflict.

Though most of the paper is just glazing it's own "indigenous capabilities"

You also banned me from thread on member complaint who was thinking I am Indian because I refute their foolish fog of war claims.

But still I understand its difficult to manage so many adult kids

First question I want to start with why did we not see stocks of cruise missiles used?

I think since IAF was made redundant, Indians restored to using Barhamos as their only conventional weapon left they can use against us. While PAF was pounding them left right and centre throughout the eastern frontier, from north to south.

Escalation management I would say?

PAF bases also hit shows air defence needs to layered to a far greater degree.

Agree, but this was Nevatim, the most secured place on the planet. I trust AVM Aurungzeb that Indians fired hundreds of hypersonic Bahramos, and if few manage to escape the web, that is pretty decent return. Mind you, we dont have the layered Israeli AD or the response time they have against the Iranians.

How long did this "war"last?

4-5 days

On day one India attacks Pakistan, in the follow up India loses a major air battle, loses 5-6 jets, the IAF is blinded by EW and then goes absent for the rest of the war beyond long range shots

The rest of the battle was LIMITED strikes by both nations
Both nations were pulling their punches
Pakistan didn't even shoot any cruise, air launched or SRBMs

Pakistan was following a escalatory plan targeting military sites with fatahs
It went hard and heavy on the LOC against Indian posts and positions

India from the onset tried to target Pakistani bases

Both sides threw drones at each other in heavy numbers
Many were shot down some got through

Unless someone was acting really stupid, de-escalation was inevitable because the consequences for a full conflict were too severe
So a ceasefire was accepted and has held

Any conflict is dangerous
But in hindsight, a 5 day conflict is nothings in the greater scheme of things, and considering how poor IAF was and that India started this conflict out of CHOICE
India has A LOT to think about

Both Nations will look at where they succeeded and what they need to look at

Don't get overexcited and overthink things
Some of you are acting mental with maps and Imagery etc

What we know is a confirmation of what we always knew,, Hindutva is a poison, and like Zionism their is no possible peace with hindutva z we cannot show a shred of mercy to them
They are a disease that we must destroy and stamp out

The economy must grow
We must fund education and healthcare but the military is VITAL and we must plug any gaps to defend the country and make war painful for our enemies

The Indians lost this, and the Indians have been incredibly poor over the last few years against Pakistan and china
BUT the Indians ability to live in fantasy realm in unparalleled in the world

It is SHOCKING seeing Indians and their mental gymnastics when they are faced with these defeats

We are dealing with a delusional enemy

India conventionally is easy to handle. We need to find ways, clever ways, to neutralised their nuke capability. work with china?
