You have written a lot of English with more emotions than stating facts. The more ‘meaty military accomplishment was India’s’Imagine for a second that in its initial attack the IAF had shot down 3 J-10’s an F-16 and a JF-17 at no loss to themselves. What would your thoughts have been if a Pakistani then posted on an Indian defence forum that the more ‘meaty military accomplishment was Pakistan’s’???
In modern battle the AirForce is the most important aspect by far and the IAF got soundly humiliated. If the boot was on the other foot, there would be no debate, but backed by a sympathetic western media, India is trying hard to somehow prove that black is actually white. U can go on about how many ‘ terrorists India claims to have killed ( didn’t they also say they killed 100’s in Balakot, despite the building they targeted not even being hit?) or whatever else to support that narrative all of which is dubious at best. What isn’t dubious are the pics / vids of downed IAF jets, confirmation from Paris and Washington, initial reports by India’s own media that were quickly forced to retract and most glaringly of all, unlike what you said above, India has not even denied them. Instead giving unbelievably shameless responses like, ‘all our pilots are back safely’ err but what about the planes?or ‘ you are asking the wrong question, ask us if we achieved our target’ this from an Airforce that said it achieved its target when all it hit was trees in 2019 and claimed to have downed an F-16 even giving the downed Mig 21’s hapless pilot a medal for doing so
despite all his misiles still be attached to his downed jet.
The combination of India ultranationalism where everything India does is simply the best, the understandable need to cope in the face of this humiliation and ever self critical Pakistanis, who always see the glass half empty despite the miracles their military pulls off with meagre resources, gives you the perfect environment to peddle this BS.
I haven’t said who won or who lost. I just analysed one attack on a hangar
It is better to keep it brief and stick to the topic at hand.
