Reading the last several pages, it's clear that the situation is ripe for external actors to incite a civil conflict in Pakistan; perhaps it's needed to wipe the slate clean.

In my view, all begharat sides deserve to bleed.
Though anything can be spontaneous, and I don't think it is anyway near. Besides the Baloch movement, there is no single ideology-driven ethnic/religious movement.
A large chunk of society needs a single goal for a civil war.

All that is ever needed is a small fire to engulf a building, enveloping everyone within it.

One already fell in the bathroom

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

how fitting!

one sorted, the other one is out of country, interesting times.

yes.. but there is no capacity to sustain it. Unless people are connected. Our farmers, are not connected who are over 50% of the nation.

Student, trade unions were made toothless for a reason. Yes, the public holds immense power, but no social intelligence/connection.

If farmers are united, the Sahiwal Multan belt can bring many on knees. They are selling cauliflower and potato <20 Rs/kg. Still, no protest or blockade.

Medically impossible. Any old person with several possible systemic problems would be prone to having such issues by natural aging.
Bughzaly possible. Any old person with no known systemic problems would be prone to having such issues by not-so-natural conspiracies.

Need to be on blood thinners now but thing its mostly irreversible loss if treatment is delayed and thats what happened here
If treated earlier its fully recoverable

=====================================

Central Retinal Vein Thrombosis (CRVO) happens when the main vein draining blood from the retina becomes blocked by a clot — essentially a stroke of the eye. The causes are best understood in 4 major categories:

1. 🫀 Systemic Vascular Risk Factors (Most Common)

These account for the majority of CRVO cases, especially in patients >50 years old:

Hypertension ⭐ #1 risk factor
Diabetes mellitus
Hyperlipidemia
Atherosclerosis
Smoking
Obesity
Advanced age

Why?

Atherosclerotic thickening of the central retinal artery compresses the adjacent central retinal vein at the lamina cribrosa → turbulent flow → clot formation.

2. 🧬 Hypercoagulable (Thrombophilic) States

Especially important in younger patients (<50) with CRVO:

Factor V Leiden mutation
Prothrombin gene mutation
Protein C or S deficiency
Antithrombin III deficiency
Antiphospholipid syndrome
Hyperhomocysteinemia
Polycythemia vera
Essential thrombocythemia
Oral contraceptive use / estrogen therapy

Think of these when:

CRVO occurs in a patient with no hypertension or diabetes

3. 👁️ Ocular Causes

Glaucoma ⭐ Strong ocular risk factor
Elevated intraocular pressure
Optic nerve head crowding
Ocular inflammation (uveitis)
Trauma
Raised IOP reduces venous outflow → promotes venous stasis.

4. 🧫 Inflammatory / Systemic Diseases

Less common but important:

Vasculitis (e.g., SLE, Behçet disease)
Sarcoidosis
Temporal arteritis
Severe dehydration
Malignancy-associated hypercoagulability

Clinical Pearl (Exam & Real Life)

Age Group Most Likely Cause

> 50 yrs HTN / DM / Atherosclerosis

< 50 yrs Hypercoagulable state

Any age + glaucoma IOP-related venous stasis
you forget to add 6x14 size cell with
Open toilet,
Hot and Humid,
Dirty water.
Insects and bugs

These Generals are making Greater Punjab. Lost East Pakistan, lost Baluchistan and now KPK. At the end seems Punjabi Army and Punjabi awam zindabad
