Definitely not just a raid, Ukraine has pushed multiple brigades through two Russian lines. The Russians were completely unprepared.

I don’t know what the goal is but if Ukraine reinforces they can sweep south to Belgorod and flank Russian forces.

In terms of net Russian territory gained over the last year, that’s almost wiped out now.

Even if the Raid force pushes territorial defence forces back initially. 300 men is not enough to secure any substantial gains.
