I told you trump wants to negotiate a end to the war and wants to offer Russia complete control of the lands they have taken whilst ensuring Ukraine can never join NATO


Russia has focused it's manufacturing towards building arms, as soon as their is a ceasefire, Russia will go into a crazy arms build up for years


Russia at the moment however doesn't seem to be that interested in ceasefire, and Ukraine is heading towards the end of its manpower line

I think Russia wants to take all of the minerals in Ukraine that mostly are in eastern and central Ukraine, Russia has already taken most of them and wants the rest

Buddy it was always multiple objectives, but look at what Russia is trying to push into and what Ukraine is trying to defend

Russia doesn't need to take every mine in Ukraine but it wants as much of the mineral wealth in the east and as much in the center it can get

Best procedure for Ukraine is to immediately get into making a negotiated peace where Ukraine gets to exist as a Neutral State that has a modicum amount of ability to save itself from certain doom. Or it will be Balkanised by all its neighbours’s!

More cope, you can’t change history man. Russia hasn’t lost 750-800K dead and wounded, 10-15K tanks and armor destroyed, for the Donbass.

The excuses for Russias massive strategic blunder are endless from you.

Bottom line, they tried to take out the Zelensky government, control Ukraine, and got their shit kicked in.

If this was the US military performance it’d be a huge strategic defeat. Can you imagine if the US lost 750K+ soldiers and 10-15K pieces of armor to take 20% of Mexico? It’d be humiliating

Lets look at the objectives of both sides:

Ukraine: Get back lost territory from Russia, Join Nato, EU.

Russia: Initially was regime change, but then as war raged on to take the dombas, control the black sea and prevent Ukraine from joining Nato.

Now tell me which countries objectives are being met? its definitely not Ukraines.

Russia holds 20% of Ukraine, there is no Nato membership for Ukraine, Council of foreign relations are themselves saying Ukraine is losing, the narrative has changed. Putin wont stop the war until Ukraine completely surrenders or there is Guarantee's Ukraine must stay neutral. If that happens then from that perspective Russia achieves its goals.
