I've said it numerous times throughout this thread. It's a numbers game. Russia has more.

Ukraine has 33 million people. Russia has 140 million people. It's not an overwhelming advantage in manpower. The difference will be who has more courageous fighters and who has more drones. Russians grew up in the harshest climate on the planet and they are expected to be more courageous than Ukrainians who grew up in relatively nice climate. Russia has more drones and better drones, especially fiber optic ones.

Another advantage Russians have is they are on home turf in Donbas. The vast majority of people of Donbas are Russian speakers and are pro Russia. Only the part of Ukraine west of Dnipr river is majority Ukrainian speakers.
