The Chinese wont give many strings attached, they are very business and transaction focused. I understand the riding both horses, all countries want good relations with both China and US. I wonder if SA should be more bold and have official talks with China about nuclear technology. China is one thing trump is unhinged on, if he see's the US is about to lose SA to China he will drop this Abraham accords nonsense which was clearly pushed by yahu & Israel to scatter this deal.KSA is riding on both horses. The Chinese cooperation is "unofficial" (for the broader public) while the US one (with no limitations like given to others - google 123 and nuclear deal). Same story with THAAD, Patriots etc. vs Saudi Arabian missile program since the 1980's until today. Both work in parallel.
Most importantly Saudi Arabian universities (highest ranked in the Muslim world - KSA has one of the most educated populations nowadays and the government has one of the highest educational spending on earth - as well as one of the youngest populations - KSA students are now excelling at science olympiads and tournaments globally - women included) and KSA itself are building the future cadre of Saudi Arabian nuclear scientists. As I wrote KSA has 5-10% of the world's uranium. So that is not a problem either. The missiles are already there (KSA currently - from what is known, have missiles capable of targeting most of Africa, Europe and much of Asia), the political will (no need to mention MBS's open statements about acquiring nuclear weapons).
But the entire world - intelligence services included, already know that KSA has access to nuclear weapons due to the Pakistani angle and cooperation. KSA did not fund the Pakistani nuclear weapons program without getting anything in return.
FFS, Iraq, Syria, Libya were close to acquiring nuclear weapons many decades ago (actively tried at least), KSA funding and being involved in the Iraqi attempts. Nukes are ancient tech as I wrote. Numerous countries could go nuclear just within Europe (small ones too) relatively quickly. It is not an overly complicated feat. The political/economic repercussions are the most "dangerous" part here. So it is a risk assessment but if you connect all the dots (start with my post 33) it is not difficult to reach a conclusion.
There has been official talks on numerous occasions and in public. Which is why I believe (among many other things) that USA allowed KSA to enrich within KSA with no strings attached (no 123 agreement). The Chinese wont give many strings attached, they are very business and transaction focused. As soon as saudis even think about that, there will be a regime change the very next day in KSA.The Chinese wont give many strings attached, they are very business and transaction focused. More projecting. There has not been a single outside coup in the recorded history of KSA which was initiated by any foreigners - let alone Europeans or Americans. The only time a king was removed (incompetent one in his last years) was King Saud who was removed by his own family and exiled to Athens. Shortly afterwards Aramco became fully nationalized and many other crucial developments. As soon as saudis even think about that, there will be a regime change the very next day in KSA.

On the point of recognising Israel, if a sane government in Israel was in power that wanted genuine peace and not grab more arab land I think peace with the wider muslim world including SA would have been achieved a long time back. To me in its current guise and with Israeli society being psychotic and thinking they can do what they want (including their greater israel idea), recognising them IMO would be giving a nod to all the genocide and mayhem they have caused in the last few years and would only embolden then more. There has been official talks on numerous occasions and in public. Same way how KSA and China jointly extracted uranium within KSA. You can only use uranium for so many purposes and we all know why this was done in the first place.
Our energy minister has for years, in public, in every international gathering, talked about KSA's ambitions of being a major nuclear energy power and exporter of enriched uranium etc.
As every report is reporting (even US ones) this Ibrahim (AS) Accords talk and normalization (Trump has been in power since 10 years ago and for all this time - KSA has not yet recognized Israel or signed the Ibrahim Accords (AS) so I would be surprised if this would change.
Also have in mind that USA/Trump signed deals to sell the F-35 and other highly advanced military tech to KSA last November during MB's visit to USA.
See this thread on this very section (sticky thread):
Highlights covered by the American media.. American motives, Saudi political engineering, and the balance of new gains
A few days ago, Washington witnessed one of the most influential visits in the history of modern Saudi-American relations, after His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect him - met with His Excellency US President Donald Trump, in a visit described by the American press as "a restructuring of the alliance."
What is striking about the scene is that most American analyses agreed that...

As for Israel, to be frank with you, regardless of how Israel came into existence (the modern entity), the many war crimes it committed, 20-25% of Israel's population (citizens) is made up of Palestinian and Bedouin Arabs (Druze included who are Arabs as well) and 2/3 of all Israeli Jews are Arab Jews (including from modern-day KSA).
A nuclear armed Israel armed to the teeth and with the 24/7 support of US/West/NATO/friendship with Russia and China and India included) is going nowhere so one way or another we need to interact with them.
I could see KSA recognizing Israel with a new less radical Israeli regime in power and if they take steps to create a Palestinian state or a one-state solution (Arab majority in this case) with equal rights for everyone.
Nobody in KSA or the wider Arab world (Jews and Arabs have lived peacefully mostly throughout most of recorded history since Jews appeared in history - Jews mostly flourished in the Arab world when they were persecuted in Europe and elsewhere) would have any problems with Arab Jews or even European Jews if not for what the Israeli regimes have been ding towards Palestinians since 1948 and before.
But KSA has to do what is in our bests interests (our regime at least should). Turkiye, Egypt, numerous non-Arab Muslim majority countries and even many Arab countries (aside from Egypt and Jordan who were the first) have recognized Israel already.
KSA (people included - main donors to the Palestinian cause since 1948) have done a lot for Palestine as well as KSA being the main brain behind the Arab Peace Initiative (best proposal so far since 1948) and we cannot do much more in this regard when the entire Muslim world, global world etc. cannot do anything either.
If we had the economic and military myth of the US, we could, but that is not the case. But even that would be difficult as Israel would likely use the Sampson option or at least nuke the region in desperation for their impeding doom.
Many Israeli politicians, scholars, clerics etc. have said so much in public even. Even Jewish ones based in the West (outside of Israel itself).
I even think that they have a saying that they will not allow another Holocaust and if Israel's existence were ever to be threatened or sealed, they would take the world with them just out of spite. But geniuses here do not realize this nor the fact that Israel/Palestine is a tiny landmass to begin with and that Palestinian and Jews are living next door to each other.
So even if Arabs had nukes and used nukes on Israel, it would be the downfall of Palestine/Palestinians themselves.
Go on a full-scale attack on Israel and you risk getting nuked yourself by either the US or Israel.
But somehow, according to resident obsessed trolls, KSA alone, should have solved a 100 + year old conflict (make that 150 + years since the first Jewish migrations to Palestine were allowed under the Ottomans) in some alternative universe.
Which is why KSA is one of the few states (that matter - if not the only one) that has NEVER recognized Israel to this date since 1948. Every other country of relevance in the region, whether Egypt next door, Iran next door (until 1979) or Turkieye has done it in the past (Iran) or for many decades (Turkiye and Egypt).
Israel more than anything craves recognition, it knows if SA recognises them it could open the flood gates across the muslim world. This is definitely not the time to recognise a country whos leaders have arrest warrants and are committing open genocide. I think SA leaders also recognise this and wont be heading in this direction any time soon.
Just 'cause he'll ask doesn't mean he'll get ...I guess now we know what Trump will ask for from Pakistan in return for the 10 billion loan.
Another clueless Arab/KSA-obsessed troll.Regime change but why? AL saud family has no real threat from Israil whatsoever neither does Kingdom of Saudia itself.. MBS and Epstien were close friend and its not a conspiracy theory anymore..
KSA joining Abraham accord and getting Nucelar deal is the win win for them, No one actually give two cents about Palestine issue in Arab world, Did you see any protests over there while Gaza was annihilated? Europe, Asian countries even in USA there were massive public protests..
Only existential threat to Al saud family is directly from "Revolutionary Iranian men". The details of that will derail the topic, so lets not get into it..
Its a very good deal offered by Trump to Al saud dynasty, they should and i think they will take it for their survival.

No such title anywhere in the Muslim world and the closest thing there is to it, is already held by the Saudi Arabian king. Trump is gone in exactly 30 months from now. MbS will likely be around for another 40-50 years.Saudis can proclaim Trump Ameer ul Momineen![]()
Very long essay, will read once Saudia will bomb Israil Take care and have a laughAnother clueless Arab/KSA-obsessed troll.
KSA (House of Saud) was around as a ruling dynasty 200 + years prior to the existence of Israel. Where most of Israel's current day citizens (Palestinian Arabs and Israeli Jews), in the case of the Arab Jews (2/3 of all Israeli Jews today) were still living under Arab rule in Arab lands.
KSA is the sole country of any sort of influence that has NEVER recognized Israel since 1948.
KSA was behind the biggest economic blow to the US and Western world during the KSA-initiated oil embargo.
KSA is the author and brain behind the Arab Peace Proposal - the most realistic and comprehensive two-state solution and deal that is supported by Hamas, Fatah, (official Palestinian government), every single Arab state and Muslim (OIC) state.
KSA fought 2 wars with Israel (1948, 1973), actively was the main supporter of Egypt during the Suez war and King Salman was on the frontline against the Israelis as the only Muslim ruler (past and present in the modern era).

On the frontline during the Suez war in 1956 along with numerous other House of Saud members (see the photo above - mostly all deceased today):
More nonsense. Protests main nothing and there has been 100's of protests across the Arab world against Israeli actions.
Saudi Arabians since 2024, have donated more money towards Gaza than any other Muslim people. Saudi Arabian charities have continuously send aid and people to Gaza.
Iran is completely irrelevant within KSA and cannot do anything and has never done anything in their entire recorded history. Yet to win a single war against Arabs, whether modern era or any era.
Tell us what your beloved Iranian regime has done to Israel - the same Israel that has been carpet bombing Iran since June 2025. How many Israelis have Iran killed? Is it 5 or 10? And when is Iran going to liberate Gaza and Palestine? We have been waiting since 1979.
Oh, they are only able to send useless drones and missiles at tiny Kuwait and Bahrain to save face from their daily humiliation.
From claiming to "controlling the entire region" to 300 + billion in damages, 10.000 casualties, entire leadership annihilated, worthless currency, economy in free fall, 1000's of their own murdered by their regime in January alone etc.
I wonder, your beloved holy cows (self-proclaimed Arabs) are in great turmoil and you are sitting behind your keyboard? I am sure that will stop the current mess. More worried/obsessed about 550 + million Arabs and KSA in particular. Usual modus operandi by the Arabized cultists.
Your likes (cultist) would take an Israeli Zionist and American over that of any Muslim Arab 24/7. We know your likes obsession and hatred towards Arabs very well. Two sides of the same coin. Both Arabized (Israeli Zionists), both obsessed and both eager to meddle/harm Arabs, Arab lands etc. Both destructive influences.
No ability (as usual and as I expected) to counter any of my factual points.Very long essay, will read once Saudia will bomb Israil Take care and have a laugh
The NSG (Neuclear Supply group) forbids selling it to any country until there is a consensus among the member countries. In this situation US will almost certainly dissent.Agreed, Donald Trump can bark like a dog.
But still I think Saudi Arabia should get nuclear technology from China or Russia.
