Former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina fled the country on August 5 amid mass protests by the common people. On that day, he took refuge in the capital of India, New Delhi.

Hasina had a diplomatic red passport when she entered India. By carrying this passport he was automatically allowed to stay in India for 45 days. This 45-day period ends on Thursday (September 19). Hasina's diplomatic passport has already been canceled by the interim government. As a result, he no longer has any valid permission to stay in the country.

But will India send Hasina back to Bangladesh now? The answer is 'no'. An official of the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs told Zee News that there is no possibility of returning the former prime minister even though the diplomatic passport has expired. Instead, Hasina may be given special political asylum like the Dalai Lama of Tibet. who is living as a refugee in India. Since India will not return Hasina and she will not have any valid permission to stay there, she will become a 'refugee' in the country from tomorrow.

Many people are demanding that Sheikh Hasina, who is accused of crimes against humanity including genocide and disappearance, be brought back to face justice. More than 180 cases have already been filed against him.

Dr. Hasina hinted to return to India. The interim government of Muhammad Yunus. Although no such demand has been officially reported by Dhaka so far. But if Bangladesh wants Hasina then India will be obliged to return her. Because the two countries have an agreement to extradite people accused of crimes. Which was done by Sheikh Hasina herself in 2013. The agreement was amended in 2016.

So called "vorld's largest democracy" harboring tyrants. Thank you Modi-ji for further cementing Bharat's reputation as a stain on this planet.

When 10 million Bangladeshi refugees fled to India fleeing Pakistani persecution.

We harbored them also, without asking too many questions.

Back then people in control of East Pakistan were supposedly tyrants and the people who fled to India were the refugees.

Now the shoe is on the other foot.

People who have taken control of Bangladesh are its saviors and the Awami league people who are fleeing to India are tyrants Or are they?

Stop bringing Sanatani slave logic into this. Bhartis don't get to impose bloodthirsty dictators on Bangladeshis because your government took refugees 40 years ago; do not forget that today, Bharat is rounding up Bangladeshis into concentration camps where who knows what sorts of atrocities are going on. Don't even dare try to justify the thuggish behavior of your government, knowing what it has subjected Bangladeshis to, inside and outside of Bharat.

India will try create a situation in Bangladesh to re launch Hasina.

We didn't impose anything on anyone.

It was Bangladeshis who elected Awami League back in 1970 and many times since.

We just have the misfortune being cursed with a neighbor, who can not manage it's own affair, and ends up crossing our borders and burdening us with its internal problems.

No of course not, like butter wouldnt melt in your mouth, you are angels. You havent meddled in any regional countries affairs.

And this isnt a full circle on the initial meddling of the 50s and 60s which is now recircled.

Apparently bengalis have stopped believing Pak Army killed 2 million

We are not angels, but we didn't start any of this.

We didn't meddle in East Pakistan till, Pakistan meddled in Kashmir in 1965.

We didn't invite 10 million East Pakistani refugees to India, Pakistani attrocities did.

Even now, we didn't invite Sheikh Hasina to India. It was Bangladeshi army, who dropped her on New Delhi's doorstep.

Bangladeshis are an ephemeral bunch, one day they love Awami League, next day they massacre its leader and his family

One day they love Zia, the next day they assisnate him.

For last 15 years, Bangladeshi use to proudly boast how far their country has come since Hasina has come to power. How they are leaving India and have left Pakistan behind economically. Now they are baying of Hasina's blood.
