Stupid & Funny from Around the World

The Hilariously Twisted Phone Call
It was an ordinary afternoon when a father decided to check in with his little girl. He picked up the phone and dialed the house number, expecting a quick and cheerful chat.
“Hello?” a tiny voice answered.
“Hi, honey! This is Daddy. Is Mommy near the phone?” he asked warmly.
“No, Daddy,” the little girl replied innocently. “She’s upstairs in the bedroom with Uncle Paul.”
There was a brief pause on the other end of the line. Confusion swirled in the father’s mind. “But, honey, you don’t have an Uncle Paul.”
“Oh yes, I do,” she said matter-of-factly. “He’s upstairs in the room with Mommy right now.”
The father’s mind raced. He could feel his heart pounding. After a moment of silence, he said, “Alright, sweetie. This is what I want you to do. Put the phone down on the table, run upstairs, knock on the bedroom door, and shout to Mommy that Daddy’s car just pulled into the driveway.”
“Okay, Daddy. Just a minute,” she chirped, clearly eager to help.
The father waited, the seconds stretching into eternity. After a few minutes, the little girl came back on the line.
“I did it, Daddy,” she said proudly.
“And what happened, honey?” he asked, bracing himself for the answer.
“Well,” she began, “Mommy got all scared. She jumped out of bed with no clothes on and started running around screaming. Then she tripped over the rug, hit her head on the dresser, and now she’s not moving at all.”
The father’s jaw dropped. “Oh my God!” he exclaimed. “What about your Uncle Paul?”
“Well,” she continued, as if recounting a cartoon episode, “he jumped out of bed with no clothes on too. He looked really scared. Then he jumped out of the back window and into the swimming pool.”
The father felt a flicker of hope—until she added, “But I guess he didn’t know you took out all the water last week to clean it. He hit the bottom of the pool, and now he’s not moving either.”
Long pause.
Longer pause.
Even longer pause.
Finally, the father, now utterly horrified, found his voice. “Swimming pool? Wait a minute... Is this 486-5731?”
There was a moment of silence before the little girl answered sweetly, “No, Daddy, this is 486-5732.”
The father stared at the receiver in stunned disbelief, realizing he’d just had the most stressful—and absurd—conversation with the wrong child. Hanging up, he muttered to himself, “I need to double-check my speed dial settings.”

An elderly golfer hits his ball into a yard that backed onto the course. As he goes to fetch it, a man in the yard spots him and shouts,
“Don’t you read my sign? It says Private Property - Keep Out!”
The golfer replies, “I’m sorry Sir, I didn’t notice it. That’s my ball over there. May I have it back, please?”
The man smirks, “It’s in my yard, so nope, it’s my ball now.”
The golfer pauses, nods, then walks back to his cart, grabs another ball, and throws it into the man's yard.
Confused, the man asks, “What’d you do that for?”
The golfer smiles and says, “Well, I consider myself a gentleman… and I believe every dick should have two balls.”

Two multimillionaire friends met for lunch at an upscale restaurant, catching up over fine wine and gourmet dishes.

"So, how’s life treating you?" asked the first multimillionaire.

"Honestly, fantastic!" replied the second, grinning. "I bought a camel."

"A camel? Are you serious?"

"Dead serious! Best decision I’ve ever made. He doesn’t need much maintenance, carries all my golf gear, entertains the kids, and even helps my wife reach the high shelves. I don’t know how we ever managed without him."

The first multimillionaire mulled it over. "That actually sounds pretty useful. How much did you pay for him?"

"A steal at $400,000."

"Sell him to me for $800,000?"

"No way! He’s part of the family now."

"One million?"

"I really shouldn’t…"

"Okay, two million. Final offer."

The second multimillionaire sighed. "Fine. But only because we’re friends."

A few months later, they met again at the same restaurant. This time, the first multimillionaire was fuming.

"That camel destroyed everything! He chewed up my luxury car’s leather seats, spit on my guests, and now my wife refuses to come home unless he’s gone. This is the worst deal I’ve ever made!"

The second multimillionaire calmly took a sip of his drink and said,
"Well, with that kind of attitude, you’re never going to sell him."

### Ma and Pa’s Explosive Outhouse Fix

Ma and Pa were a couple of old hillbillies living a simple life on their farm in the hills. One day, Pa discovered a pressing problem—the hole under the outhouse was completely full.

Scratching his head, he went inside to tell Ma. “The outhouse hole’s full, and I don’t know how to fix it.”

Ma thought for a moment and said, “Why don’t you ask that young’un down the road? He’s a college graduate—he oughta know what to do.”

Taking her advice, Pa hopped in his truck and drove over to the neighbor’s place. “Mr. College Graduate,” Pa said, tipping his hat, “my outhouse hole’s full, and I need to empty it. Got any ideas?”

The young man nodded confidently. “Sure do! Get two sticks of dynamite—one with a short fuse and one with a long fuse. Put them under the outhouse and light them at the same time. The first stick will blow the outhouse into the air, and while it’s up there, the second one will explode, spreading the mess over your field. When it’s all done, the outhouse will fall back down right on the hole, good as new.”

Pa was impressed. He drove to the hardware store, bought two sticks of dynamite as instructed, and headed home to fix the problem. Carefully, he set the dynamite under the outhouse—one stick with a short fuse, the other with a long fuse—and lit them both. Then, he dashed behind a tree for cover.

Just as the fuses were burning down, Ma came out of the house and hurried into the outhouse. “Hold on, Ma!” Pa shouted, but it was too late.

BOOM! The first stick of dynamite went off, sending the outhouse soaring high into the air. SPLAT! The second stick exploded, spraying the entire farm with, well, you can imagine.

WHAM! The outhouse came crashing back down, landing perfectly on the hole.

Panicked, Pa ran over to the outhouse and flung open the door. “Ma, are you all right?”

Ma, adjusting her clothes and looking a little shaken, replied, “I’m fine, but I sure am glad I didn’t fart in the kitchen!”
