An interesting thought: what if it works so well that the stealth aircraft are flying without being detected at all.
Luneburg lens. The J20 has a retractable Luneburg lens. Even with the help of the Luneburg lens, ground airport radar often cannot detect it. This news comes from the 2019 military parade news of China Central Television.

Add P-8I also to your list and F35 will not come after 2030 to India, USA offering F35 to India but its India which reluctant to accept the offer and rightly have so because with F35 there are lots sanctions and strings attached to F35 deals
Guess what IAF has given go ahead for F35 and so has MOD for limited number of F35 L II variant and if congress okays it India just might give a follow on order for 20 more chinooks and 15 more apaches with AESA version of longbow radar

Asking futilely yet again

How many of the 1000 F35 still flying, or able to fly?

100?

or 200?

How about telling us the rest?

Of the 1000 F-35, how many are flying or actually able to fly if so wished.
How many of that 1000 are grounded, and unable to fly because of faults and cannot be repaired because of lack of parts.

So of that 1000 built, maybe 300 or 400 are able to fly?

Afraid to say?

Needed the help of Whitehouse spin doctor to coach the proper language to use?

So what was delivered in these SIX years? BLOCK3, BLOCK4?

TR-2...but does that matter?
A faster processor is a faster processor..and TR-3 with block4 will be a significant software upgrade where faster processors will make a difference.

well first we have to figure out who has them..and if any are grounded...this is an old list

other than the US...
F-35A
Royal Australian Air Force – 60 delivered out of 72 planned
Royal Danish Air Force – 4 delivered out of 27 planned
Italian Air Force – 17 delivered as of April 2023, out of 60 ordered
Japan Air Self-Defense Force – 17
Royal Netherlands Air Force – 28 currently delivered and operational,
Royal Norwegian Air Force – 10 operational and used for training of Norwegian pilots in the US, 37 delivered to Norway for testing and integration, with a total of 52 planned
Republic of Korea Air Force – 40 operational[36] out of 60 ordered
Israeli Air Force – 39 currently delivered,[67] from 50 ordered
~242 F-35As

f-35B
Italian Air Force – 3 delivered as of April 2023, out of 15 ordered
Italian Navy – 3 delivered as of April 2023, out of 15 ordered.
United Kingdom
32 received,[76] with 28 in the UK (one F-35B lost)[77] and the rest in the US, where they are used for testing and training
~38 F-35Bs

The only thing to do is to go to f35.com (or maybe Janes) and go through the stories

Since Italy was the first (outside of the US) we could see if it is still flying all their planes.
