I have no knowledge of legitimacy of Pakistani courts. He was asking what laws were used to prosecute IK and his wife.

1 thing I don't get is they can easily make 10 new cases, prop up evidences and witnesses, the goal is to keep IK in jail they can do it and without much hindrance. Why are they continuing with such a disgusting case and the best part is this case is the weakest, Islamic law is very clear on irregular marriages, even if all claims are true the remedy is a second nikkah in this case. They've always loved to target those against them in this manner.

I have given this question a lot of thought. Why are so many leaders completely stupid in their behaviors? After so much thought the only thing that makes sense is, once a person reaches a certain level of arrogance Allah (swt) punishes them with humiliation.
