I assume the whole South Asia uses the british train rail way width system? Would be difficult to connect directly to China since China uses their own system different to even Russians.

Yes Chinese trains use a different gauge to the "British Indian" legacy gauge. There was some talk of Chinese carriages that could mechanically adjust to suit different gauges. Not sure if they are implemented in Sino-Pak trains yet though.

No , beml is making its own , B 28 train max speed 280 and operational 250 speed .B28 is indigenously designed and manufactured

Indigenously made train B 28 will be run in Gujrat side till E 10 is delivered. As of now E 10 is not even operational in Japan .

We use Broad gauge in India (1676 mm). I think the same track is used in pakistan and BD as well.
