I am sure as soon as a trade deal with US and India is concluded this will all calm down. Until then we shall troll the Indians.

Regarding the relationship Pakistan wants with the US. We don't want it to be zero sum. We want strong friendly ties with all countries. It shouldn't come at the expense of others. We don't want US to point fingers at others for us.

All we want is a fair and equitable crack at capturing some of that US trade and treat each other with dignity and respect in front of the world media.

We do not want a repeat of their attempts at dehumanizing our people during the war with India (not US media but British media and elsewhere yes). That cannot happen again. We have sacrificed far too much for the free world for that to be acceptable.

Trump admin is just looking for excuses at this point. Not sure how USA can tariff IT but they will for sure shift away from India.

You can charge companies that outsource to India a higher tax (Obama once threatened this) Alternatively you can increase H1B visa fees for Indian applicants.

Trump can also tax returns on Capital investments made in India directly or even debentures and ADRs of Indian companies in US capital markets

The Indians disrupted the relative domestic "peace" of the AngloSaxon world by carrying out killings via intelligence/criminal networks. They will not be forgiven for that and will HAVE to pay a heavy price for it. There might be some other matters also. Also could be the fact that despite getting 25+ years of investment, open trade, access to all kinds of Western support systems, the Indians completely failed against China, and getting whipped by Pakistan twice in a row was the deal breaker.

It also could be that that ugly looking Jashankar was running his mouth left and right acting up all arrogant despite being from one of the most backwards, the poorest, the dirtiest, and the most underdeveloped place on the planet: The Big Garbage Dump aka India, and ended up getting on someone powerful's nerves.

Before this is over, the Indians will learn their true place.

India exports to USA make up 37% of its total exports. All of it is low tech IT and goods, easily replaceable. Indian GDP growth of last 30 years is thanks to Americans.

India will get rekt if Modi doesn't surrender.

The biggest win from all of this is normalizing relations with the US.
No more "do more" and accusations and verbal abuse/slander from the US/western media.
We are now back on track towards a more mutually respectful relationship that doesn't involve India.

It is almost a shocking development that for the first time ever in the America-Pakistan relationship since Pakistan's foundation in 1947 that Pakistan is not America's tool for geopolitical reasons. Sure, some pressure on India to provide concessions to America or else Pakistan gets American concessions, but nothing like the highly risky geopolitical engagements like in the Cold War, in the Soviet-Afghanistan war, and in the American invasion and occupation of Afghanistan which lasted 20 years.
Pakistan has finally come of age on the international stage as a sovereign and potent nation in its own right.
