We all saw the signs especially when UAE president made a surprise visit to Pakistan just before Pakistan made deals to sell JF-17 financed to Saudi Arabia to its allies and proxies that are fighting against UAE backed groups. So Pakistan must have politely refused any UAE's counter offers, and when Pakistan-Turkey-Saudi are forming an alliance, we see the UAE president making counter deals with India. I also predicted in another forum, that I am seeing Pakistan-UAE relations cooling off in near future. Its a great game of chess now.

Well said, although regarding the Chabahar port, India has already pulled off from that from the threats of Trump's tariff (Source: Dawn). So we won't be seeing India making any major maritime foothold with Iran. However, with UAE forming an alliance, India will obviously take benefits from Dubai as a port city and which also becomes a competitor to Gwadar.

I’d add Egypt to this as well. It's the largest Arab country and like Pakistan, it has chosen Saudi Arabia as a closer partner over the UAE. Recently, Egypt has been pushing back against the UAE’s attempt to lease a port and to spread its influence in Libya, an effort aimed at strengthening influence over the Suez Canal and the Eastern Mediterranean, while also bringing the UAE closer to Israel in shaping a joint regional order.

At the same time, Egypt has been proactively engaging with Pakistan. Our foreign ministers speak almost every other week. I have a strong sense that Egypt could become the fourth partner in a Pakistan–Saudi–Türkiye defence pact.

Chabahar will likely remain ineffective as long as Iran remains under sanctions, and it doesn’t seem like those sanctions will be lifted anytime soon especially since attempts to change the regime have failed. Additionally, since China is a superpower and already present in Gwadar, no regional country would realistically dare to confront them directly. If the UAE has any role in destabilizing Balochistan for its benefit, that kind of involvement cannot sustain long-term.

IMHO, I hope this is an opening move to defeated the RSF on the ground and from the air, and reunify Sudan, especially if the Egyptians are on board to get it done. Having the JF-17 participating in this conflict, to end the genocide in western Sudan would go a long way to the JF-17 being seen in a positive light, especially if its landing gear can be modified to:
1. Operate on less than ideal runways
2. Carry larger ordnance under its wings and fuselage.

Sudan is a large country, but not so large, and probably the best place for the JF-17 to show its Air to ground capabilities. Helping to open up for countries to seek to operate it, as part of the alignment with Saudi and Pakistan, and possibly creating a stabilizing framework for partner nations in Africa; military, political and economic.

A couple of questions came to mind. If Iran is struck by the US, in the coming days, and Iran retaliates on US presence in Saudi, will that obligate Pakistan and Türkiye to strike Iran? If the Houthis at the same time strike Saudi oil facilities, will Pakistan and Türkiye be obligated to strike the Houthis, and/or send troops there?

IMHO the Iranians are intelligent folks. They won't go into a suicidal mission. On top of it, the disruption of oil supply would tank the world economy. President Trump can't afford it. So, a "middle" path to satisfy Trump's super-ego to win at every "poker table" may be found.....
